Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026. By using MaskSend, you agree to use disposable inboxes and email forwarding only within these limits.
Lawful use
Do not send spam, commit fraud, infringe rights, or bypass restrictions.
Your responsibility
Protect verification codes, tokens, authenticators, and destination mailboxes.
Reasonable limits
Internet delivery may be delayed; we will make reasonable efforts to recover from interruptions.
Permitted uses
- Receive a one-time verification code for low-risk sign-ups
- Separate product trials, downloads, and community notifications
- Run reasonable QA tests on systems you manage
- Reduce exposure of your real email with a dedicated forwarding alias

- Spam, phishing, fraud, or malware
- Bulk registrations, ban evasion, or bypassing website restrictions
- Harassment, impersonation, infringement, or illegal content
- Disrupting the service, scraping others’ mail, or attacking infrastructure

1. Accepting the Terms
By accessing or using MaskSend, you confirm that you can agree to these Terms and will comply with applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the service. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of our relationship with you.
2. Service Description
MaskSend provides short-term disposable inboxes, forwarding aliases that use email verification for sign-in, and archiving features. Disposable and forwarding tools operate independently and do not promise the same retention or recovery capabilities.
We may adjust features for security, maintenance, or product development. Where reasonably possible, we will explain significant changes, but no free feature is guaranteed to remain unchanged forever.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough under the laws where you live to independently consent to digital service terms, or have permission from a lawful guardian. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, prohibited by law, or previously suspended for serious abuse.
Organizations must ensure that their members have appropriate authorization and are responsible for their testing or forwarding activity. Public disposable mailboxes should not be used to handle an organization’s regulated sensitive data.
4. Disposable Mailbox Limits
Temporary addresses are valid for 3 hours by default and may be extended up to 24 hours total. Switching addresses signs you out of the old inbox, so you must update the address yourself on third-party websites.
Once an address expires, it cannot serve as a reliable recovery credential. Do not use disposable email for banking, healthcare, government, or any account that cannot tolerate losing access.
5. Forwarding Accounts
Forwarding accounts authenticate with a verification code sent to the destination mailbox, and an account may be created automatically on first sign-in. You must ensure that the destination mailbox belongs to you or that you have the owner’s explicit permission.
Alias limits, archive windows, and security rules may vary by service configuration. After an alias is paused, incoming mail may be discarded without notifying the sender.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for protecting email verification codes, browser tokens, two-step verification keys, and login devices. If you discover unauthorized use, secure the destination mailbox immediately, disable the affected aliases, and contact support.
We will never ask you to send a password or verification code through ordinary email. To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for losses caused by sharing credentials or failing to secure their devices.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the service for lawful privacy separation, testing, and ordinary receipt of communications. Automated testing must target systems you own or are authorized to test and must follow reasonable rates.
Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, fraud, distribution of malicious content, intellectual property infringement, or evasion of third-party rules. Websites that expressly reject disposable domains must not be repeatedly bypassed.
8. Content Responsibility
Email content is generated by third-party senders or services that users interact with; MaskSend does not endorse or control it. Handle unknown links, attachments, and emails requesting sensitive information with care.
You can report illegal or abusive content to support@masksend.com. Reports should include only the minimum information needed to identify the issue; do not forward unnecessary personal data.
9. Intellectual Property
MaskSend’s brand, interface, code, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license necessary for normal use of the service.
Users retain rights to content they lawfully own. By submitting feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without disclosing confidential information.
10. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery without delay, or delivery of every email. Maintenance, networks, sender policies, abuse attacks, and events beyond our control may affect the service.
We may rate-limit traffic, suspend features, or block dangerous traffic to protect our systems. Emergency security measures may be taken without advance notice, but will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the law, our acceptable-use policy, or service security. Serious fraud, attacks, or conduct that harms others may be addressed immediately.
You may stop using the temporary service and delete aliases or records from the dashboard. Before terminating, update third-party accounts that depend on these addresses.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of suitability for a particular purpose, continued availability, or third-party acceptance of temporary addresses. We do not guarantee that emails will not be delayed, blocked, or recalled by the sender.
These limitations do not exclude consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If local law provides mandatory protections, those protections apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from using short-term addresses to register important accounts, missed emails, third-party content, or indirect damages. You are responsible for choosing an email entry point appropriate to the risk.
No limitation of liability applies to intentional conduct, personal injury, or statutory liability where the law prohibits limiting it. Specific rights may vary by location.
14. Changes to the Terms and Contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, features, or security and will show the new effective date on this page. Where reasonably possible, we will provide additional notice of significant adverse changes.
